Copyright exceptions – including ‘parody’

Bectu is generally robust in the defence of copyright. It is the foundation upon which so much of our members’ income is based on.

Legally, there are exceptions – our members work can sometimes be used by someone else without their permission. These are known as ‘exceptions’ which are detailed here on the .gov website. There’s a good overview of exceptions here on Copyright User.
