Ofcom shenanigans – update

The film and TV industries, it’s probably true to say that it’s more important to beat regulators than it is to beat competitors.

If a regulator has a particular set of prejudices, it can be very bad for the industry – especially one that is as dependent upon a defence of cultural diversity.

In other news, the government are hell-bent on appointing Paul Dacre as the Ofcom chief.
